Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with ZenExpenses. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just ask — we'll make it right.

Our commitment

If you are not satisfied with ZenExpenses at any point during a billing period, contact us and we will issue a full refund of that month's subscription charge — no questions asked.

After a refund is issued, your account stays fully active until the end of the current billing period. When that period ends, your account automatically converts to the free tier. You keep your data and can continue using ZenExpenses at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Tell us you'd like a refund — that's all we need. We'll confirm and process it within one business day.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer but is typically 3–7 business days.

What happens after a refund

  • Your account remains active and fully functional through the end of the current billing period.
  • At the end of that period, your account converts to the free tier automatically — no further charges.
  • Your data (transactions, categories, rules) is preserved. Nothing is deleted.
  • You can upgrade again at any time if you change your mind.
